They have been our Insurance Agents for more than 20 years. We have had both our business insurance and our home and... family, vehicles, everything through them. They are thoughtful, proficient, cheerful, understanding, extremely competent, and a combination of professional-engaging-friendly all at the same time. They somehow make it seem as if you are calling family than an "agency." I have never had any kind of conversation with any of them in both offices, that didn't answer all of my questions and leave me smiling before it was over. For starters, the folks at Midland Empire Insurance take care of just about all of our insurance needs--home, family,... business, health, auto. Over the years I've come to know all of them, one question at a time. On the one hand, they're like a little family, friendly, offices all within hollering distance of each other so they can double-check the advice they're giving you if they're not sure about something. On the other hand, they've been doing this for generations and have a big reach. They know who to call--across the state and across the nation--when your questions get more complicated. And for all the insurance we have with them, those kinds of questions happen often enough. When you get that complicated letter from your insurance company (or somebody else's) that you don't fully understand, they're a phone call away to help translate it--just like those Progressive Insurance commercials on TV with Flo, translating all that insurance gibberish into plain English. In fact, that's exactly how I've gotten to know them all and like them so much, from translating all my questions in an easy, down-to-earth way. They take time to make sure that when you hang up that phone, you fully understand. What more could you ask for than that! -- Well, I guess one more thing that we didn't even ask for. When our son turned 16 and started to drive, Lance Lesueur offered to sit down with him and paint a picture of teenage driving challenges from an insurance perspective. We both laughed a lot and learned a lot about what to do (and what not to do) in his first year of driving. If you've got kids just about ready to drive, call Lance, and I'm sure he'd do the same for you. I could tell lots more stories like that about working with Liz, Anita, Krista, Lawton and Austin, but I'm going to let that story stand for what it's like to work with all the Midland Empire gang. Sure, they're pros who've been doing it for decades, but they're just good folks too, who have ALWAYS taken care of us.
